Mailing Guidelines: Mary has no computer access, so she cannot receive E-mail. You can send cards and letters via US Mail. Her mail will be read, and possibly photocopied, by prison staff. If you observe all mailing guidelines, she will probably get your letter. If any of the rules are violated the mail item will be rejected, in which case you will be notified by the prison. This standard policy applies to all inmates.
